New Occupational Medicine Specialist Joins Healthpointe in Temecula

Healthpointe is proud to announce the addition of a new Occupational Medicine specialist, Dr. Jose R. Morales, to their practice in Temecula, California.

Healthpointe is proud to announce the acquisition of Dr. Jose R. Morales, Occupational Medicine specialist, to their Temecula Clinic.  Dr. Morales has broad research background in genetics, pharmaceuticals, and biomedical informatics. He will be joining a multidisciplinary team of physicians who are skilled in relieving pain and getting patients back to work.

Dr. Morales first received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and then later earned his Medical Degree from University of Utah School of Medicine. At the University of Utah, he was co-president of the physical medicine and rehabilitation interest group. He was also involved with the Neurology student interest group and became a scholar for the American Academy of Neurology in 2012. During the four years of medical school, Dr. Morales was an active member of the Latino Medical Student Association.

Dr. Morales went on to complete a preliminary internal medicine year at the University of New Mexico and later spent two additional years of internal medicine training at Legacy Emanuel Internal Medicine Residency Program in Portland, Oregon.
