All the previous Worker's Comp doctors I have ever had were at-least short/ in a rush and at-most rude and condescending. In contrast, Dr. Alejandro Farias has provided me with exceptional care. He creates an environment where I feel comfortable discussing any concerns or challenges related to my back injury. His demeanor is polite and personable, immediately putting you at ease and conveying genuine care.Dr. Farias referred me to Dr. Blake Berman for a spine surgery consultation, and my experience with him has also been incredibly positive. Interestingly, despite my attorney's initial reservations about Healthpoint, my decision to switch has proven to be the best I've made in the four years of dealing with my back injury and Worker's Comp.
