Fernando was very helpful in getting this done for me. We were going to try to keep the appointment but it started to rain in Sun City. Thank you for understanding my problem. I am Jon’s wife & I am 78 years old old & have artificial knees a crushed disc in my back & torn rotator cuffs. So when it rains I cannot safely put the electric wheelchair in & out of the car due to the ramp letting the chair slid down the ramp or my trying to get the chair back up the ramp when it is wet.
