The reason was my newly contracted law office sent an email to Healthpointe that they were taking over my case from my formerly contracted law office. However, this information wasn't conveyed promptly to Healthpointe Irwindale resulted to cancellation of my pt session that afternoon. I called up the new law office and was able to talk to the lawyer who promptly called the VP of Healthpointe. Consequently, the VP of Healthpointe called me up and apologized for the delayed relay of information to Healthpointe Irwindale about the transition. The VP then promptly resolved the issue and had my pt rescheduled on the following Wed and Fri. Furthermore, the VP opened his phone line for me to reach out for any issues I would have with Healthpointe. Cool | Source: Google
