My wrist had been adversely affected by another unscrupulous Workman’s Comp Company that had no interest in healing my injury. You did a proper assessment, listened to the symptoms and concerns I had as of their probable significance, gave me the necessary time required by the nature of the injury and to be able to do all the lengthy and time-consuming exercises that helped my condition without causing further damage. Simply allowing the injury to heal, guided by the proper protocol of treatment, produced a rapid and measurable progress that was both physically restorative and spiritually uplifting, especially after all the struggles I had to suffer secondary to previous mistreatments. I’m particularly appreciative of your soft-spoken and highly professional demeanor which allowed me to feel safe, assured, and relaxed. I’m also grateful that you did not interpret my eagerness to improve, questions about other unlikely options, and my proactive research (borne out of desperation) as threats to your knowledge base and expertise. I admire those who are secure enough in their profession that are not rattled by a patients’ forwardness. As I got back to work, I realized that had I been sent to work before enough healing took place would’ve been disastrous. Just the simple act of opening the many heavy doors at work could’ve reinjured my wrist. Lastly, thank you for steering me to a level of recovery that I had thought was not recoverable.
